Malose studied Mechanical Engineering. He is a qualified Motor (N3) and Diesel (N3) Mechanic acquired at Capricorn Tvet College in 2015. He started working at SAPS Polokwane Garage as a trainee Mechanic in 2007 till 2019 and that's when he founded and opened his now well-operating workshop in Mandela Village, Ga-Mashashane.

Malose shares with us that in short-term plans, their plan is to move to mobile or roadside assistance with a tow truck especially on the N1, N11, and Matlala Road.
The long-term goal is to open franchises/branches in the Municipalities of Mogalakwena, Lephalale, and Musina.
"I want to build a big brand that will compete with the giants in the wheel and tyre industry, go as far as producing my own Tyre brands, Pimp and sell rides, organize drag races, employ and empower as many young people in the village as possible", the ANC Cde proclaims.
Faced with the undying pandemic that ill-plaques the country at large, many businesses has been badly affected, the owner of Lungisani says that their business was also affected ,badly so. "Lockdown alert level 5 meant no movement, if there is no movement, meaning cars are parked, then there won't be any customers for us". As he continued he tells us that it has somehow contributed positively more on what needs to be done, be innovative and move with time, hence the introduction of roadside assistance and tow truck.
