#LockDownSA has been going for over 4 months (120 days) now and Mashashane kings and queens of entertainment have come up with creative ways of keeping their brands and crafts alive as well as keeping the people entertained during this hard times.
We should really be proud of our event planners and organizers for standing strong and keeping us entertained even during these trying times.

Mpilana Lockdown Unlocked Sessions
From today Friday 28th August until Sunday, Mpilana Lockdown Unlocked Sessions will be offering nothing but the best music featuring 015 DJ and Friends.
Event will be happing at Mpilana Shisanyama and Car Wash in Maune village Ga-Mashashane.
No mask, no entry. Observe and respect social distancing at the event.
MashtownUp Sessions
MashtownUp Sessions is a platform by SeJulz, a DJ from gaMashashane, with a purpose to uplift artists, rappers, and other DJs from Mashashane and surroundings. This is a great initiative that promotes and puts most creatives in the spotlight, in the entertainment space.
SeJulz urges and encourages local artists from Mashashane to contact him should they need to be featured on this wonderful platform.

Atlantic Cruize Mixtape Sessions
This is a great initiative from our very own DJ from Mashashane by the name King_Tebza. He keeps giving us live Mixes for streaming on his Facebook account @King Tebza Maluleka.
He also gives us episodes of Atlantic Cruize Mixtapes for downloads. This keeps music lovers entertained and going through these trying times.
Hip Hop Scene
Mashashane hip hop artists have been steadily setting the bar high and giving the people dope music. All in the name of representing Mashashane, Polokwane, Limpopo, and SA in the entertainment world.
Covid-19 has affected the hip hop scene in a terrible way since lockdown restrictions have been implemented however these creative artists still kept the spirit up and kept positive vibes.
Just to name a few move makers who still kept the movement going during these hard times: Landline 43, Kay Cozy, Bulby Tha Luvly, Skay, Tshidi, and Le Trev still managed to give us dope music to keep us entertained and to keep the movement going.
We also saw a virtual performance by Rabthibz, streaming live on ButainLab. These are some of the things that keep the Mashtown hip hop scene rolling and alive. And to many more others still doing great things, we say big ups and stay doing what you love and loving what you do.
