LaBridge is owned and was established by Mashashane's very own Tshepo "Tshepang" Bridgette Minyuku (27), who is a qualified chef and a food quality assurer. Also, a former model that holds over 40 tittles and crowns including Miss Limpopo Environmental.
Tshepang makes great kotas and burgers that are to die for in her yard, in Matlaleng. Bridgette tells us that she decided to establish her own kota and burger hut named LaBridge simply because she have realised her capability in establishing something of her own. This happened after a moment of careful consideration after not being treated too well by her former employers.
"Don't be afraid to stop and start again. It doesn't make you a failure but a survivor". Tshepang said.
You have to own your crown and learn from your mistakes. We all have flows but what matters is how you rise.
LaBridge kotas and burger hut was inspired by the model herself, Miss Limpopo Environmental as an overthinker. "At least I consider myself as such. sometimes I'm even afraid of my dreams. I wonder how does one has so much and as many ideas on how to better their lives. I always think of how to make it in life hence the idea of having my own business.
I work on my own held in hand with God, the one that gave the mind and ideas around my business.
