GNL Glass and Aluminium is a manufacturing company that deals with any aluminium doable projects, examples being aluminium doors, double doors/sliding doors, garage doors, normal doors such kitchen doors, folding doors, pivots, gates, windows, shopfront and any customer specification.
“A dream will make you restless until you live it” said Mary.
The 31-year-old full-time based in Polokwane Nirvana, says: “do what you are passionate about because that will be your driving force”.
The interesting part about all of this is, this lady choose to follow her heart no matter the type of a job this is. The fact that this is tittled as men’s job, didn’t even bother her. Instead, She is doing it with love and determination.
“This is not something I learnt from school. From 2016 till 2018, I worked for an Aluminium company in Polokwane. That’s where I got the experience and that’s where passion was restored and gained in me. I was an Administrator then, later promoted to Sales Representative”.
She went for training, for Product knowledge and for sage pastel within the same company she worked for.
She’s been doing it from 2016. That’s when she registered her company but it officially started running April this year.
Between these years, she was also doing refferals while keeping her work somewhere else.

Mary tells us that she grew up with an unmeasurable love for everything to do with business and had other businesses ideas she wished to have brought to life but believes God will fulfill in the future. “As I am still establishing myself, I will love to create job opportunities as we can all agree that unemployment rate rises on a daily basis. But as for GNL Glass and Aluminium prestine jobs. That’s what we strive for. We want to be the solution and bring difference to what is already there.
“Our greatest future plan or goal is to have branches all over the country. Actually, to become a bigger brand and sign big contracts with property developers whereby we no longer market ourselves but our name markets itself.
I want this to be more than just a shop but a one stop Aluminium Manufacture” Mary concludes.
