
She tells us that she really loves designing but as versatile as she is when coming to careers, she is not going to design throughout.
“I want to see myself as an owner of many Boutiques across the country. I want to open my own Schools around the country if not towns, to teach colt ladies how to design & become independent, create job opportunities for black child society while working as something else in life”.
“You must tell yourself that no matter how hard it is or how tough it gets, I’m going to make it”. Vanessa adds.
She continues to say: “My wonderful parents Stella & Cleophas prioritized my school funds as one of the monthly basic needs. For all that, they had made me the happiest alive for making sure I was fulfilling my dream.

It was only left with me to make them proud. I had promised myself to never disappoint them and myself, along Ma’am Jasmine.
“I feel like I’m on cloud 9. I feel so ecstatic and proud of myself, it’s not everyone who wears that black gown at my age and the fact that I’m still gonna wear it, makes me even more proud”. She said.
Vanessa made history at PSFD for being the first student to graduate at 17.
She is now a qualified Fashion Designer by profession.
